Terrible service. The technician showed up for duct cleaning, but did not explain anything he was doing. He immediately drilled holes into the furnace vents, and I had to ask why. He also tried to upsell me on other services he deemed were urgent and required, but I refused to pay an extra few hundred. They seemed to want to finish the job fast and leave as soon as possible. The service was supposed to include photos of the work, but I didn`t see any. I asked for photos, but they rushed to leave. Do not trust this company!
