After searching numerous companies, I came to Alo Upholstery. After reading all the reviews I was sold and what an impressive company this is. Prompt response to my email, great support in selecting the fabric of which there are lots for the choosing. Cost was reasonable. Summing up the customer service is A+

After many (24) years, it was past time to re-upholster our dining room chairs. We shopped around and found that the quote from Alo was quite reasonable. Their selection of fabrics was very extensive and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The chairs were actually ready and delivered to us a week earlier than the agreed date! The work is terrific, we're very pleased.

I went to Alo because of the excellent reviews on this site and the convenient location- I was not disappointed! WOW- what an excellent job! Darren transformed my old, creaky, unstable settee in to a sturdy, beautiful work of art. Now I can sit on it with no fear of it breaking. And it looks brand new and stunning! Very professional service, I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends.

MY CHAIRS NOW DO NOT WOBBLE, AND ARE MORE COMFORTABLE TO SIT ON. THEY REGLUED THE WOBBLY LEGS, AND REPADDED THE SEATS.

We recently moved into a new house and our favourite sofa would not fit into the finished basement. Alo came over, picked up the unit and brought it back to their shop. I had asked them to remove one arm as our movers had mentioned that was all that was required. When they brought the sofa back a week later, it still didn't fit. But not for a lack of trying! The two men from Alo spent close to two hours twisting and turning the sofa every which way. Unfortunately, it was not to be. However, not to be deterred, they took it back to the shop and cut it in what amounted to two pieces. Three days later it was back and it fit perfectly. You would never know it had been altered. It both looks perfectly fine and structurally it is sound. I would absolutely suggest their services to any friends or family.

Our kitchen built in bench seat was in need of re-covering. I was unsure how to remove the cushions but Alo came out, removed them and took them away to be re-covered. The assistance in the showroom for fabric selection was great. They completed the job in just over 2 weeks. The workmanship is excellent. They are pleasant to deal with and they are competitively priced. I am thrilled with my new kitchen seat, and would highly recommend Alo for any reupholstering needs.
