We used ModernEdge for multiple jobs - windows replacement, exterior painting, and finally 2 large bathroom renos. They were always professional and did excellent work. They have some great contractors who specialize in floors, tiles, construction, bathroom work. They respected privacy and security, and even looked after the dog! Highly recommended.

All older aluminum windows and frames of a 2 story 3br home were removed, and replaced with new vinyl sliders, and new up-dating moldings added to outside, with new sills and molding inside. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were gutted and refinished, with crown moldings and new carpeting, as well as a rebuilt staircase. Quality material and workmanship were evident throughout. Completed in a timely, efficient and friendly manner, and on budget.
