Contracted work:
replaced all window panels with low E windows.
Also had to replace the wooden frames on the exterior walls for installation.

Quality of window:
Excellent, the old window lost its insulation and the floor were hot during summer, but the new one is really really good.
The difference in heat on the floor, where the sun shines , is noticeable right away by closing the window.

Installation:
Excellent, the contractors on site are very knowledgeable and skilled.
Chris the team lead was really good, especially. His work is quick with high standard. His leadership for the team is also evident, that the team is calm and supportive for one another.
Another member I still remember is Autumn, who was kind and provided high-quality, polished work.

Warranty/Support:
one of the wooden frame on the window had its sealing cracked due to extreme heat and sun shining on it.
After we contacted Silverline customer support, they come very quickly and fixed the issues nicely.
They also gave us some extra new silicons, for us to touch up ourselves.

We had SilverLine replace windows in our 1972 home. The windows replacement project was complicated. SilverLine sales was patient, and had exceptional attention to detail when quoting the project for us. Installers were professional, efficient, detail orientated, and clean. The entire replacement process went smoothly. Our home is now more energy efficient and much quieter.

The largest room in our unit at the time didn't have windows that opened, so it often felt stuffy. We reviewed some competing companies to retrofit our windows with an opening window and hired Silverline after reviewing other competitors, due to a few reasons:

1. At first, we had an idea of what we wanted, but Silverline took the time to give us all the possibilities we could go with for our window installation. It was really great to have a professional go over our options so that we could go with the option that worked best for our home.

2. They were very professional - the rep that showed up to our house brought some display examples; another company we reviewed didn't show up with anything and only asked us what we wanted done without giving us any other options.

3. We felt our concerns were heard and they listened to what we needed and actively worked with us to find the best possible solution. They showed genuine care in explaining how different installations would affect the overall window, showing us what that would mean and how that would affect the overall look and finish once it was done.

They charged a very reasonable price, were prompt, got the job done all in one day (we had several other units that teamed up to do the exact same retrofit in our building that had the same floor plan), and the final finish was very high quality - we love our windows! It's impossible to tell they installed something new and retrofitted our window, it looks like that's how the unit initially came. They did a fantastic job and we were so impressed!

Will keep going back to Silverline Exterior Solutions for any other needs that they can complete. They did a great job, and most importantly, they took the time to hear us out and deliver to what we most wanted and needed. Would 100% recommend!

Laddy and Sam are detail-oriented in making the Hardie siding jobs a perfection. They clean up the mess really nicely.

We really appreciate how quickly Silverline responded to our urgent request on replacing one old broken window. We used them to replace all windows in the house few years back where they did great job. this time we needed only one old window to be replaced, they completed the work in 3 days on top of other orders lined up for months. We got 24 window, 3 sliding doors and a front door including sidelets replaced. When we got our quote, Sam noted it would be a good opportunity to replace our old vinyl siding at the same based on the window frame construction. The James Hardie Lap siding upgrade included proper Tyvek and rainscreen installation. The value and easy of coordination between the crews made it good choice to get it done at the same time. The window installers were professional and efficient. Great job at a great value!
