We decided to replace windows and contacted 5 window companies. Out of the 3 that responded Silverline exceeded our expectations. It's probably a one time desicion to replace windows so it is very important that is done right, everyone would have a certain level of anxiety over this desicion. Mark (on his schedules day off) came and met my wife and I and we assessed and discussed each window. It is very important that spouses are present. Mark's expert advice helped us make desicions for alterations to the existing opening and closing dynamics of each window, while giving us price differentials for each desicion we made. Excellent! We were worried about a November install date because of rain, but the install went seamlessly, so we were extremely happy with the 2 day install. The end product looks great! We were worried that the install would leave more work on the inside sills, but again we were pleasantly surprised with the visuals. We have already noticed that the house (3500/feet) is warmer and noticed that there is a considerably less outside noise.
