I ordered custom shutters for windows and patio door and the final product looks great. I am happy with the product and installation. Installer was very skilled and knowledgeable and friendly.
Very frustrated
I ordered custom shutters and was given a date of when they would be ready for install. It has been 3 weeks since that date and i have repeatedly followed up for installation date. I was finally given an install date and reached out to confirm it with the installer the night before. He advised he is out of town and the shutters aren’t not ready anyways. Unacceptable customer service. Zero communication and follow up I have to chase for answers and still no shutters installed.
