What a great repair experience! This was my second attempt to fix my window crank. Another company I called disappointing me as they could not source the crank and wanted to charge me a fortune to replace the full window. Luckily I found a great review online for Benny at TruFix and decided to give it a try. Not only did he not need to replace the full window but in fact he was able to replace only the gears of the crank making this fix so affordable and he did the job in 15 minutes max, including adjusting the window. Since I was so very happy with his work I asked him to also replace the cracked glass of another window. Again, as promised he showed up a week later with the glass and again replaced it within minutes. He is such a gentle and polite guy and does an excellent job. I hope you are reading this review and are calling Benny up. You will not regret it! He is really someone you would recommend to your best friends!
