Excellent work done by Borys. Repaired leak and replaced damaged pipes. Very efficient, clean and friendly service. It’s the second time I’ve used them and will go no where else. Highly recommend.

Our kitchen sink was clogged. Carl came as scheduled, he wore face mask, gloves and shoe covers. Carl was very careful on what he touch while in the house . He fixed the clogged sink, tested it, cleaned up before he left. Price is reasonable. As expected, Carl is reliable and very pleasant to work with. He and his crew did some work in our house before. Me and my wife is so glad that we called Carl again. Thank you Carl .

We had a leak from our bathroom that was soaking up the ceiling downstairs and causing damage. Val did a great job detecting the source of the leak and fixing it. We had a leak in our basement and called a few contractors, but Carl was prompt to respond to my call. He explained the work to be done and he answers your questions promptly. They also installed our backwater valve - as I gained trust to their work. They did a good job in waterproofing the basement wall leak and installation of the backwater valve. Carl and his crew ( Vasyl) are punctual, pleasant and professional. They did the job almost 2 years ago, but when I call them- they respond right away. Don’t look anywhere else - just call Carl.

Our home, built in 1910, needed some extensive work done. We wanted the stone foundation waterproofed; surrounding weeping tile and a sump pump installed, which required the demolition and removal of the solid cement front entry stairs and an equally solid stair slab at the rear; the original cast iron connection to the sanitary line needed to be removed and updated; and, the old iron town water line needed to be updated to copper.
We felt concerned about disturbing the old stone foundation, however, in addition to our other requirements was the fact that the pressure exerted on the foundation by the cement slabs had created cracks in their two locations and this situation would need to be addressed, sooner, before it became urgent later.
In due diligence, five companies were lined up for estimates, only two of which were capable and/or willing to do all that we were asking without having to contract out to do certain parts of the job, i.e. cement removal, plumbing, and the disconnection/reconnection of the air conditioner unit. We did await all the responses but truly, after our meeting with Carl from Canada Water Proofers, for us, the deal had been pretty much sealed. He was not intimidated by working on a century home with its old stone foundation, or by the scope of the work we needed; and because of his reassuring confidence and the fact that he offered THE best estimate for the entire job, we chose Canada Water Proofing. And from the moment the crew arrived, early, for work the first day, satisfaction with our decision steadily increased.
The crew was exemplary! They went straight to work each day, skillfully and carefully completing the days plan, and, at the end of the day making sure the site (inside and out) was tidy. It is tough work and this was craftsmanship at its best!
The entire job was completed in a mere 7 days and, the cherry on top, well within estimate.
We are very impressed with the honesty, work and work ethic of the Canada Water Proofers team, and so very happy that we hired them!

Had 2 toilets replaced, and some drainage issues fixed. Valentin was very responsive. He picked up the new toilets from curbside Home Depot and brought them to the service call. Cleaned up everything afterword. Valentin did a great job, and I would recommend.

Excellent initial consultation. Careful COVID-19 prevention measures. Thorough and knowledgeable explanation of all options. Provided a fixed quote. Scheduled an installation appointment the next day. He was professional and skilled. Rerouted the washing machine drain pipe from it's old location (which caused a flood) to a larger main line. When he was done - everything was meticulous. Would hire again.

I used these guys to install a backwater valve and to make some repairs to the sewer line. It was a pretty big job in my opinion but they made it look easy. The crew came in on time, installed all of the equipment with a very minimum of interruption to service and cleaned up the property like nothing ever happened. They even filled out all of the paperwork for a rebate with the city. They obviously know what they are doing and make it look easy. I recommended this company to my neighbours and they received the same level of service and satisfaction. Would not hesitate to use them again for any other job.
