I have been involved in construction for over 30 years . I called this company based on the reviews and it was the right choice . I have rarely seen a company so professional especially for a plumbing company for the quality of their estimate , execution, politeness, quality material. They even directed me for an available grant from the city I had no idea about. Don't shop around and lose your time , trust this review and call these guys. You will be totally satisfied of their service .

Our sump pump was not running during a recent heavy rainfall, so we called Canada Waterproofers to investigate. Valentyn arrived on time the next day and was quickly able to diagnose the problem. He completed the repair on the same day to our satisfaction. Valentyn is friendly, communicates clearly and honestly, and goes above and beyond to address concerns. I would definitely recommend this company (and Valentyn in particular).

Our sump pump stopped working the day before Canada Day. I contacted Canada Waterproofers late in the day and immediately got a reply back from Slava saying that he could come out on Canada day to have a look at the problem. He got the pump working again and told me that he would be back the next day to replace a part, this was also done in a prompt manner. We had to get the sides of my house waterproofed and 5 feet of my garage floor done. The garage floor had sunken over an inch over the span of three years and the foundation wall on the exterior garage wall was cracked allowing water to seep under the garage floor. We called around 5 different companies to quote us and a few refused the job and a couple of them quoted a ridiculous price. We were loosing faith in finding a company that can understand the problem and do the job within a reasonable price. So we decided to find an accredited business on the BBB website that do waterproofing, had no major complaints, and has been in business for at least a decade. We took a chance on Canada Waterproofers Inc. Not only did they provide a reasonable price, the sales person, Andrew, was personable, transparent, informative of the process, and answered any questions we had. One of the workers, Vasyl, had also chimed in on the conversation with concerned neighbors reassuring them that everything will be put back the way it was and will look as it did before once they completed the job. They even made the extra effort to have the neighbors check the work once they were done. They completed the task in 3 days. Started as early as 7 am till 5pm. They were professional, efficient, and hard working. We appreciated the extra service on the patch work done on our bricks leaving us with a polished finish. The whole process was seamless! I would definitely recommend them based on my personal experience.

I had a leaky bathroom shower faucet that needed repair and Valentin came to our rescue. I sent pictures and within minutes he knew what was wrong, how to fix it and gave me some different repair options. He was in and out in about 2.5 hrs and we now have our shower back in perfect condition. Thank you Valentin!!! Definitely recommended for all plumbing needs.
