My furnace stopped working and i was beside myself. I called SunnySide and the woman who answered (Samantha) was very pleasant. She booked a service appointment within a couple hours and the technician was able to arrive even earlier than expected. He was very kind and diagnosed the problem right away (motor for the fan needed to be replaced), then they fixed my furnace by the following morning (less than 24 hours from my initial call). You could pay with your credit card and payment was easy. I couldn't believe how fast, efficient, and customer oriented they were. I am very pleased (and now very warm).
