Initial Spec Home Inspections

As a first time home buyer, we had plenty of questions. Rishi our inspector was very thorough and patient to answer all of our questions as we walked through the property together. He was also very knowledgable and did a great job at explaining the deficiencies in terms that we understood. Along the way, Rishi took plenty of photos to compile a very thorough report which outlined all the minor and major issues down to the little details such as the serial codes of the appliances to ensure they are the same appliances when we move in. Rishi took his time to inspect every detail which helped put our mind at ease. Overall it was well worth it. We would highly recommend Initial-Spec!
