Our furnace stopped working late on a Saturday night. I called 3 or 4 companies that claimed they were 24/7 but no one picked up. I called Champion and Karl picked up right away. He said he was leaving a job by me and could be at my place in 15 minutes. He showed up 15 minutes later and within 45 minutes had the furnace going again. He didn't leave until 3 in the morning! He was courteous, knowledgable and had the parts required. Great service!

I decided to give these guys a chance because I thought they might be cheaper than the big guys. They were just as expensive, and then the part they put in quit. Also, they don't always respond when contacted (it appears that they do this work on the side). Just use the big guys, it's not worth it!
