Washing machine stopped working mid cycle - they took apart for diagnosis, solved problem, put everything back together. They were thorough and efficient. Happy with service and would recommend them

I called Rohan from RG Appliance Service to remove my old dishwasher and istall the new one. He showed up on time with everything to do the job I was impressed how quickly he was in and out of my house I will recommend RG Appliance to any person.

Our refrigerator was not cooling, freezer was ok. But food was getting spoil. My neighbor recommended RG Appliance Services. The tech came out in the late evening, he found a thermostat near the cooling coil was bad. Fortunately, he had a replacement part in his service truck. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their broken appliance fix right of way.

Our dishwasher was not cleaning the dishes on the top rack. We called RG Appliance. The technician determined the water was not reaching the upper spray arm. He explained that it could be a costly repair ( wash motor is dead) or really affordable if no part is needed (below the filter needs cleaning). Fortunately, it was the latter. Our dishwasher was alive again. Apparently, we need to scrape our dishes off before loading; newer dishwasher are designed weaker than older models. We were very pleased with the service man. He did a thorough job, was courteous and knowledgeable. We will definitely call again for future repairs.
