Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Matthew was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. There was no up-sell and, in fact, he talked me out of having an expensive arm chair cleaned because he thought that, due to the nature of the fabric, a more specialized dry cleaning technique would produce a better result. Carpets and area rugs look great and pricing was very reasonable. Would recommend without hesitation and will return to MB again next year. Thanks Matthew! Tyler
