Cody called before arriving. Entered wearing a mask and covered his shoes. He was very soft spoken and polite. Was very knowledgeable and efficient. Before leaving checked everything a second time and asked if we had any other questions or things that needed looking at. The best experience I have ever had with a service provider. I have already told my neighbours about his work.

The drain from furnace not at correct angle leaving Hugh ice mound in winter. Thry corrected it and now the drain is working properly I was also impressed that they took the time to explain the problem and show me how it was now fixed

We had our air conditioner checked and fixed, than Alex offered to do the yearly service. He was polite, efficient, explained everything to me, answered all my questions, showed me tips to make air run more efficient

The initial setup on our HVAC system was incorrect, our 2 stage system was set up as a single stage. Philip was out this morning after calling ahead and had the system running correctly in no time. He was very courteous and answered any questions we had. Free service call. Well done!

We just had our yearly A/C service call and once again are completely satisfied with the results. We got a phone call in the morning to ask if it was OK if Eric came earlier than scheduled (when does that ever happen?) and bang on 8:00am the truck pulled up. Eric was personable as always, efficient, and quick. He summarized his evaluation, complimented us on our furnace filter regimen, and even noticed that one of our cats was “missing” (passed away 5 months ago). Bandit always used to ‘supervise’ the work, and Eric remembered. Classy.
So, we’re good to go for another summer cooling season. Thank you

An assessment of our ventilator to the furnace was completed in a friendly and efficient manner. The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to assess and recommend changes to optimize the home comfort situation. Excellent work!

The technicians are very polite and courteous. They arrived at different times and both asked if we wanted them to wear a mask with the Covid 19 pandemic.
They answered all questions. Gave us tips on few things. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Had a water heater installed. This had to be reinstalled as the first technician did not install it correctly. Our concerns were dealt with promptly . Had the issue corrected in three days. The second technician was courteous and reinstalled in a few hours. IT was done to our satisfaction. He took time to explain the settings on the thermostat. We use greggs for the service of our furnace on a yearly basis. We have always had good service from them

We have dealt with Gregg’s in the purchase of a water heater and furnace. The technician was pleasant and knowledgeable and explained everything on the statement. I would definitely recommend them.
