The city came and replaced the lead pipe for our water line. Since they replace the city pipe only we had to replace the remaining lead pipe. Mike came by quickly and told us our options and quoted within the day. The crew were early and really professional and courteous. They laid down tarps and were very careful with our house. I would recommend Water guard.

I opened the indoor valve to an outdoor tap in the spring and it started dripping. The response to my call for help was immediate. The problem was solved just as quickly. Amazing service!

My sewer line was old, clay, shifted, and filled with tree roots. Mike and his crew did a trenchless replacement of the old pipe. They arrived promptly, and did the excavation both indoors and outdoors with an absolute minimum of disruption to our home, and they were done faster than I'd hoped was possible, with virtually no mess left in the house. Michael was awesome. The outcome was better than expected. He was able to completely change the layout of an existing sump pit to make our space far more functional and upgrade our pump all for less than his initial quote (which will all be covered by the city rebate anyway).
