We contacted Bruce at Clear Ottawa Windows based on the positive reviews we read on HomeStars. We couldn't be happier!

From start to finish, the experience was a well organized job. Bruce's communication with us was excellent - from providing a prompt quote, to e-mailing us reminders that they would be coming, a message the morning of the job (and they arrived exactly on time!), to a final invoice and receipt of within hours of the job.

We had our interior and exterior windows done, along with ledges screens and tracks. We also opted to have our gutters cleaned. The guys were extremely thorough.....our screens and tracks look brand new again. And they work extremely clean, tarps were placed in front of every window while they were cleaning. Everything was left sparkling!

We've had an issue with our eavestrough leaking, and in addition to cleaning out the gutters, Bruce hopped up to them and took pictures on his iPad to show us exactly what we were wondering about. So helpful!

Extremely happy with the results. The windows are so clear and frames and screens are clean. The cleaning team arrived on time, worked quickly, returned each room back to original state and were courteous and polite. I had the gutters cleaned at the same time, nice to have both jobs done by the same company.

I am very happy with the quality of work that Bruce and his team provided to me. Bruce responded quickly and followed up to ensure that the timing would work best for me. They arrived on time and started right away. They were professional and thorough - the windows were cleaned extremely well and normally I would close the blinds but left them open longer so that I could enjoy the crystal clear view! In addition, they did not hesitate to help me by taking down a painting from a wall that was too high for me to reach without a ladder. Thank you!

Bruce and his guys did a great job washing my siding, eavestroughing, windows, and soffits. They has a bit of a tough job on the siding and did the best they could with their various cleaning options. They were trying to clean up the mess the roofers made from the shingles they tore up and let sail down the side of the house. They also cleaned the siding vents back to white from grey. All siding mold gone now for a few years, I hope. They cleaned out my gutters and got rid of the mold from the soffits and underneath the gutters. Looks great.

The group was really nice and considerate of my property/flowerbeds. Thanks guys. I would hire you again if I needed.

Bruce's team recently cleaned our windows and our gutters. I was very impressed with the job they did. The crew gave each window appropriate attention and were respectful of the interior of our home. The windows look like new including the screens, tracks and hardware. Some of our larger windows are practically invisible during the daytime now.

They also did a great job cleaning the gutters, I saw some of the gunk they had built up in them over just a few short years and I'm really glad I hired them to do this!

I got what I paid for and won't hesitate to hire them again in future years.

This old house hadn't had it's double pane windows cleaned in a VERY long time.
These guys definitely had their work cut out for them. The end result was phenomenal to say the least!

Ours was a very challenging job - the house had been lived in by an elderly man who hadn't been able to clean for many years. Bruce's team did a great job. Just a couple of tiny issues: first, if I hadn't been there in-person as I was, I'm not sure how well priorities could have been followed. (I had prepared a detailed list, but it wasn't looked at much during the pre-clean assessment.) But since I was there in-person, both cleaners were able to check in with me a lot, so that didn't end up being a big deal. Also, there were just 3 or 4 small missed things/spots I found afterwards. But overall terrific, and I have high expectations! They brought good cleaning equipment with them, and both cleaning professionals were absolutely lovely, smart, efficient, and extremely hard-working.

Bruce and his team are very dedicated and professional. Their workmanship is far above any I have hired before. The cost of work done was more than I was hoping to pay but the end result was well wort it. I will not hesitate to hire him again. Anyone would be impressed to the attention to detailed cleaning, especially to the windows. Just done the way I used to do it when I could still climb a ladder. WONDERFUL !
