The company representative was very courteous and professional arriving on time and fully explaining the proposed work. His team of three also arrived on time and performed the work flawlessly. Our two storey house exterior now looks like new. The new downspout has corrected a longstanding and problematic overtopping of the eavestrough at our entranceway. This historic issue arose during the Winter melt and Spring Thaw and caused dangerous slippery conditions on our walkway needing regular attention.

Very pleasant team worked quickly and efficiently. They did a very good job on the siding and left our property clean.

We contacted Clear Ottawa Windows for a quote that resulted in a communication issue and a service being performed that wasn't intended. However, the company did sort this out with us and a resolution was found.

I would recommend their services but caution that explicit communication be used when arranging quotes or services.

The owner is very responsive to his clients needs and despite being very busy is always accommodating. When I was concerned about my raves recently he sent over a crew to inspect and did not charge me. Above and beyond!

I have a bit of a complex project. The home is 100+ years old with storm windows. Bruce's team are great and handling the complexity of figuring out which screen goes where. They arrived on time as a team. Took off their shoes in the home and we're very responsive to my last minute request to add some windows to clean. I'll certainly be refering them and using them again.
