irving Oil

From the day we bought the house they told us we needed a new tank. Told us we could keep the full tank of oil we paid for if we bought the new tank by Christian in sales. Show up to install the new tank and then tell us we can't keep the oil. Then out of frustration, we get rid of the hot water tank, they disconnected it, didn't take it then continued to bill me for months. Call in and the service rep tells me I'm going to hold. Tell them I have to go back to work and the person said, and I quote "you need to take care of your business". I asked if they could just not go to work so they could be put on hold and they said yes, they were allowed to miss work to talk to a utility company. I expressed how unprofessional this was they began to yell at me so I hung up. I was calm the entire time. I don't know what kind of company you're running, but I will go out of my way to not only not deal with this company again, but I will tell everyone I know about what a joke this place is.

I wanted to comment on the excellent customer service that I received from this company. I called to pay an outstanding bill and share a misunderstanding and the person I reached went out of their way to help me and offer a solution. It made my day. I really felt a positive lift and it renewed my sense of human decency. Thank you to the lovely person who answered my call. In fact, everyone I spoke to in the last few months has been very nice which says to me that the management are doing a good job and that their employees are happy.

Ordered and paid for oil delivery on 10/09. Check oil tank on 10/25/2015. No oil has been was delivered.
No one has called and no one knows why no delivery.

This company was very quick to address my concerns about my propane fireplace. They CME in changed the tank filled it and checked all connections. They were professional and took their mess with them

My mother in law is a widow andwe set her up on the automatic refile as well as rental furnace and hot water tank through Irving. Needless to say, we have received great service for her. Always friendly repair men, and customer service reps. the irving company have great cutomer service and are always on time and respond quickly when you call up for delivery of fuel. We couldn't ask for anything better for our mom.

we have been a customer for many years and have been on automatic delivery for most of that time. My pet peeve is that every December we run very low on oil and I have to call to see about when we will have a delivery. This year was especially bad because we were very low on oil and then there was a snow storm which put them behind even further. The end result was that we passed several days in a house with reduced heat in the middle of winter so that we did not run out of oil! I expect that we should receive better service when we are long standing customers without having to call and ask.

the irving company have great cutomer service and are always on time and respond quickly when you call up for delivery of fuel or propane. their fuel plan is accurate.

We have been customers of Irving Oil for 35 years. As of today we have no complaints about the company, other than the cost of oil. The staff and technicians are very friendly and easy to talk to. they are good.
