He gave us his word that he will cut to size an opening for an in counter top stove after we get it, which was not here at the time of installation.
He would not answer any phone calls or emails. We went down to his warehouse, we spoke to one of his employees to tell him about our issue, he said he would tell him. still no response. Not responding to our phone calls.
What I find disturbing about this is that if doesn't wish to help us after the fact, he can just answer his phone and talk about it. Totally ignoring the issue is outright unethical.

We are adamantly in disagreement with this account of the events. The product and service for a quartz countertop was delivered on time and exceeding expectations. Client then asked days later for additional work regarding cutting a different size for the cooktop then what was originally provided. This would have risked damage to the stone and cabinets and was clearly explained. We declined the work professionally and politely. Client refused to accept this and based the review on work that was never agreed to be completed. All of this is captured in signed contracts and written communication. We are extremely disappointed that this was allowed to be posted without any evidence to support these claims.
