We used River Valley final grading this this past couple of weeks and they are amazing. I was dealing with Marianne and she was always so helpful with any of my questions or any changes that I wanted to make. She never lost her patience with me which Im sure others might have because I had lots of questions. I called around a few different places for estimates and River Valley has the best price out there. The final grade, survey and city approval was all done within 2 week and it was approved on the first try. I knew someone that used a different company that failed twice on their final grade before it was approved by the city. I would definitely recommend them not just because of their competitive prices but because they made the whole experience so stress free and easy for me.
