We had 2 custom made skylights installed and part of the roof replaced around the Skylights .
It was a very tough place to install the lights
But the guys did an excellent job.
They told us that they can install liquid rubber on our pool deck surface. We had a light put on around the pool to highlight the pool area.
We love our pool deck job. They really took there time to make the pool deck surface look clean.
This liquid rubber is amazing. The concrete surface use to hurt our feet in the blistering sunshine.
Now with the Kool deck it’s just amazing

The contractor Pat, told us the company is now doing pool decks. We were to receive 1/8 of a rubber floor, non slip. It is a rubber membrane paint, not what he promised us.

Everyone is slipping on our deck and I want this removed. In the contract it states remove all paint off deck, he did not. It states to cover all the pool, he did not, paint was on our cover. He said he would spray a gun to make it a rubber floor, he rolled it.

Worst part is he will not say who supplies the guaranteed product and thinks it's a great job. All I want is it removed and get a real rubber floor done. He wants us to pay the other 50%

Came to my home, took my deposit and said should hear within a week or two. Never called. We called, no return call and then suddenly falls off the face of the earth. This person is NOT to be trusted. He will do some roofs, as you can see from reviews, but you may be the next person he takes money from and never to be seen again. If this has happened to you, PLEASE POST and save others from losing money too.

The new shingles were installed in an efficient and professional manner. No issues regarding the installation have surfaced since the new shingles were installed. This latest work done is the second experience with the company in the past two years and the quality of the work has been consistently very high.

Quick clean work. Very well spoken polite and respectful workers. Temporary repair was free and full repair was complete and well done. Will recommend to any of my friends or family members.

Just like the last post, the person took my deposit and is nowhere to be found. I am very dissapointed with this business. Would like to chat with that last reviewer.

This is not a trustworthy company. Unfortunately there was no work to review. He took my deposit and disappeared. I am not the first victim, please do not be the next victim.
