My experience with King Star Paving and more specifically Enzo, was exceptional. His knowledge & professionalism does indeed stand out above the crowd. Driveway paving

King Star removed old asphalt from driveway, but cut back lawn, exposing in-ground sprinkler head by 6 inches. I put a sprinkler flag on the head and ran a string along the original line where the pavement should end. When they paved the driveway, they paved OVER the sprinkler head, ignoring the string and stuck the flag back in the asphalt! They would not respond to emails or voicemails to correct the problem. I had to relocate the sprinkler head $170 and they wouldn't even reimburse me. I would never recommend them. I paid them cash. Also, don't pay them cash if you do use them.

Company Response: We are sorry this situation occurred, please provide me the sales representative your dealt with. You have not contacted the head office about this situation cause we do not have anything on file. Unfortunately there are times situations occur but that is the reason for our 1 year warranty. I will need more information so this situation can be dealt. Thank you

I am changing this review as Angelo called me and he has not been getting the messages I left ; he will stop by and patch the driveway cut we had to do for the culvert. Looks like it was a misunderstanding and missed communication. They did a great job paving the driveway so I want to be fair to them and give them credit for the good work. I look forward to having the cut patched and completing the job.

Company Response: Sir, after speaking to Angelo about your situation I understand that you were unaware that a culvert even existed, the driveway as you mentioned was excavated for 2 months and nothing was done..... We're sorry that the fresh driveway had to be cut but it at any point was not our fault and I understand you have been in contact with Angelo about the situation and he has been waiting for you to call him once the culvert was repaired. Please understand when you don't provide the entire situation with 100% truth it can effect our reputation... Give Angelo a call and he will be more than happy to assist you in this matter.
