Excellent service. Gary is very knowledgeable. Gary is willing and able to point out the details about the inspection while you go but everything is recorded in the report. We got an 11th month warranty inspection done with Sherlock Homes Inspectors for our new home in Okotoks and we couldn't have chosen anyone better to do our inspection!
