This was a major purchase for me and I was extremely impressed by the level of service, knowledge and expertise of Ward and his son. Ward responded quickly to my initial inquiry and continued to provide answers to all my questions and recommendations that were very helpful. The installation was completed on-time and without any problems. Ward and his son arrived on-time and worked quickly and efficiently. They were very kind and showed me how to program my thermostat and explained the key elements of my new furnace and water tank. I will be glad to recommend Ward to my family, friends and colleagues.
