We were referred by family to this company. We visited their store and the staff was very welcoming and spent a good amount of time going over things with us and taking the time to explain everything. Once we picked the flooring and underlay we booked a time for them to do and estimate They were very flexible to work around our schedule and the estimate was quick and painless. We were then emailed a quote and we were satisfied with the price in comparison to other flooring companies out there. We then booked the install at a time convenient to us. The install itself took about five hours and installers were very polite and efficient. The only issue we had after the installation was they did not vacuum the carpet before leaving (not sure if this is standard practice or not). You only have to pay half up front at the time of booking and once you are satisfied with the install you pay the remainder. Overall we were quite satisfied with our experience with this company.
