Our windows are fine but our door installation has been a disaster. First it took over 6 months to arrive, when we finally got an install date no one showed up. We wasted our entire afternoon waiting for a no-show without even the respect of a phone call. The company never called to apologize, apparently rebooked us in for another date (that does not work for us) without even asking. I am continually calling them and no one ever gets back to me. As of writing this I am still waiting on a reply.
This company is fine as long as absolutely nothing goes wrong. If you have any issues or actually need to talk to anyone during the process, they will be useless. We will definately be going to another window provider for the rest of our house.

Hello Rachel. We really sorry the things did not go as expected and we will be looking into it to see what went wrong. The six month for delivery is very fast these days, unfortunately due to Covid19 every industry been effected and for custom doors it could take up to twelve month now and much more money. Customer satisfaction is our priority and we working hard to make sure everyone is taken care of.
