Last December, 2021 we ordered 7 new Platinum Series, Single Hung, Triple Glazed windows from Greenfox Windows and Doors in Calgary to replace our homes original windows. We were guided with expert advice from Max, the Regional Manager, who came to our home to measure the windows and help us decide what options would work best for us.
Last Friday the installers came to insert the new windows. I was nervous about whether we would be left with a lot of touch up work afterwards, and about the skill level of the workmanship. Victor and Oleg immediately allayed our fears. These 2 hard workers replaced our old windows with beautiful, high quality new ones efficiently, quickly and skillfully. Their workmanship easily met my exacting standards. The job was complete in a total of 7 1/2 hours, no problems. They vacuumed and removed all debris before leaving. We are very happy with everything.
Today I had a question regarding removing and inserting the screens, so this afternoon Max came by to answer my queries and check everything. We were lucky to order these windows during their 2021 autumn sale. Max also encouraged us to apply for the Federal Governments Greener Home Rebate, which has made these windows even more affordable.
