My wife and I discovered some mould in our attic and called a few companies to come and check it out. MSZ were prompt and very thorough. Not only did they provide a reasonable estimate but they spent a significant amount of time analyzing our house to find possible sources of mould. They also made sure that the old insulation contained no asbestos before they even started which put our minds at ease. They provided a list of recommendations to prevent mould growth in areas where there currently is none. The work was completed in good time, the work environment was impeccable and JR even returned to ensure all the work was complete. The estimate was itemized and accurate. I would recommend them again for sure.
