Mould and Asbestos Abatement, Insulation removal, Insulation installation, drywall and mudding
We were absolutely thrilled with the work MSZ did on our home. We were devastated by a roof leak that accumulated into a severe mould problem. Our ceiling eventually collapsed and it turned out there was a layer of asbestos that had been disturbed. We tried to get local contractors to help us. No one would get back to us, or those that would quoted us an insane amount of money just to get the abatement done. We decided to try some Calgary companies, and MSZ came to our rescue. James drove all the way up from Calgary and basically told us that everyone was trying to rip us off. He quoted us half the price the other companies had, and told us he would not only be able to do the abatement, but also the new insulation installation, AND drywall and mudding of the new walls and ceiling. WOW! We couldn't believe it. His team arrived the next Monday and got to work. They were friendly, professional, and delivered the work ON TIME! (a few hours earlier than predicted, actually!) Couldn't recommend MSZ highly enough.
