We were very pleased with the work that the team did. I found them to be professional and courteous but also they were friendly, humorous.. and pleasant to be around. I have no hesitation and recommending them to anyone who has asked so far. In just one week we have had three inquiries from neighbors about the work that was done for us.

The furnace and air conditioner installation was the smoothest work I've had done by anyone, the installation crew was the best, they spent time to explain what the work entailed, and if I had any preference, they didn't mind me hanging around looking over their shoulder asking question, they explained what they were doing and why, may be other owners don't ask as many question, I'm just curious and like to know how things work. The office staff were good to, they emailed me all the details, warranties and invoice, the whole experience was so smooth, it was a very reassuring. And I'm very please with the performance of the new systems, they are exactly as the salesman said it would be.

The work was done in a timely fashion and all cleanup was done very well. No complaints.

Installed compressor and a/c coil unit and coolant lines. Ran electrical cable from electrical box outside and around the house to the compressor. All work was well done and explained.

The guys are nice, very neat and willing to do additional work to make the installation good. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with work completed. The ac functions well and is relatively quiet outside, I was a little worried neighbours may hear the unit - not a concern at all. The crew arrived on time, worked quickly and cleaned everything up so you couldn’t tell they had been there. Would definitely recommend them to others. Warranty cannot be beat 12 year full parts and labour.

The installation including alterations to the electrical box was completed by several efficient and pleasant technicians in a day. I had to have a technician back to tape over some gaps in the furnace housing, but other than that, I've been pleased with the new system.

The two men work to get her really a team the did not find they could get thru the foundation as it was to thick for the drill they found a way thru an over hang was out easy I can say there attitude was great it appears to be they work to make it work.thank you

Thomson Industries Ltd offered a good price to install the Daikin hi-efficiency furnace and flue liner. The installers are friendly and experienced. I would recommend this company to others.
