When his co workers arrived they too did a very good job.

They replaced my furnace with a new high efficiency model, also installing a new Nest thermostat. They also added a BBQ box on my porch to hook in natural gas appliances.

The work required cutting access holes in the ceiling of my basement for proper exhaust. I was expecting to have to do the repair work myself, which I believe would be normal. They cut holes where required and installed cover plates which I was not expecting. Very professional.

Work was quoted, delivered and installed as promised. So far no complaints. Installers were professional and very polite.

Everything done on schedule and efficiently, from the quote to the install. Very impressed and totally satisfied.
We've only had the unit for a short time, but the one night we ran it, it worked well, so hoping that's the norm!

Everything was good but I felt surprised to see the pipe on the outside of the house instead of inside of the wall. The installer knew I was going to renovate the basement and the wood panel wall was going to be dry walled. It was originally discussed in my initial estimate.

I didn’t see it until the contractors were gone. I assumed this would have been done but I guess I should have clarified.

Both contractors were awesome, respectful and professional so I would highly recommend your company!

Maybe just go over exactly what you are going to do or give the customer choices before you begin (especially if you know they are renovating).
