We initially purchased a furnace from another company When they showed up with our new furnace, they could not find a way to install it without exposed pipes so we cancelled the order. We wasted a whole day in the process so we were not impressed.
We then called Thomson industries to give us a quote. Rob came to our house and we told them our story. He was very knowledgeable and assured us that what we asked for could be done. He also assured us that he would send his best crew.
On the day of the install the Dustin came with his assistant to install our new furnace. It was not an easy job but Justin did not settle for the easy way. He did the install without exposed pipes, went over his install and showed us how to use the new thermostat and thoroughly cleaned when the job was completed. We were very impressed with his knowledge, customer service and work ethics.
it was our first time dealing with Thomson industries and we will be using them from now on.

Service Tech was on time, polite and social distanced and left a clean work area when he was finished. I have never had an issue with the service or the technicians that do the work.

Since we had this unit, it has been nothing but trouble. Not working properly and keeps shutting it self off. Their service rep. suggested to shut it off at night and turn it back on in the morning. Air condition unit should work 24/7. Sales rep. and General Manager both do not return phone messages. Will be seeking to have unit replaced or refunded.

Simple quick diagnostic visit. Replacement took some time based on schedule and work load of vendor. Communication regarding how work was to be invoiced could have been better. Installation was done very well. Tank looks good. Overall satisfaction is good.

All the Thomson Industries employees that came through to our home over the last three days and leading up to the installation of our waterless tank heater, furnace and climate control were very professional, respectful, yet friendly! There were a total of 8 people that came to our home, as well as other employees who we interacted with by phone and email. We are very grateful to have had such a great experience! The onsite installation technicians were very professional and did an excellent job. My only comment is that when they were finishing up, they left the black pipes & electrical exposed on the siding (outside the building) and, in my opinion, it looked unfinished and quite UGLY. When I talked to Bruce about it, he explained that it could be covered with "slim duct" (an optional extra). The slim duct has since been done & it looks great. I would suggest that you may want to consider pricing that into your quotes, or at least informing the customer of that option. I have to tell you that I was quite dismayed when I first saw those ugly pipes.

Supply and install air con in 2 bedrooms. Work was completed in one day. completely professional and clean and tidy.
