TOTAL SECURITY & SURVEILLANCE CO(1994)

We were looking for a security system installation for our new house and got quotes from several companies in the area. Ray was very on top of the deal and was very patient with questions and concerns we had. When we mentioned to him that we got a better deal with lower initial fees, Ray was able to match the deal and providing much lower monthly cost to us which provided us with a great deal in the end.
During the whole interaction with Ray, he has been very genuine to us. He really put our interest first and helped us to avoid unnecessary expenses. He is also super efficient, from the time that we decided to go with his company on a Friday, he came next Monday and got everything to work in around one hour. We were very impressed with his speed.
I don't normally give reviews for companies but Ray has asked me a few times. I felt he did a great job for us and really deserve a good review from me. As long as you don't mind being asked to give a great company some support, I highly recommend you give Ray a try.
