Discusting customer service on warranty work.
Don't ever use this company.
My vehicles are sinking into the asphalt after a full winter of settlement.
Also a large crack only 7 months after the job was completed.
I left several messages with Grace (warranty department) with no return call.
Texted and called Jason over 50 Times and keeps telling me not to worry we'll take care of it.
Please Please Please... don't use this company.

I hired Kings Valley Paving to replace my asphalt driveway after the city had done work on the street and ripped up part of the driveway. After they did the work, I noticed dips or indentations in the driveway which would cause water pooling in summer and ice patches in winter. They acknowledged the defects (on the contract) in writing, and said they would repair or replace the driveway if they couldn't repair it.

After many many calls, emails, voicemails etc, and huge delays, they finally came back to replace the driveway. Unfortunately, they again did a substandard job, and there are new dips/indentations/ponding (it is worse than the first time).

In addition they damaged one of the large eramosa stones (on my walkway). They tried to deny that they had damaged the stone, and eventually said I would have to pay for the cost of a new stone (it is a 2" thick large stone, which is quite expensive) that they would do the labour. They reneged on that after a few days later. In addition they flatly refused to fix the ponding/divits in the driveway.

Bottom line, I am out the money I paid for the new driveway, it is ponding (so big puddles, and big ice patches in winter), they damaged an expensive stone in my walkway, and they are not willing to take responsibility for any of this.

In my view, this company is one to avoid. Do not hire them. Their work is substandard, their attitude is horrible, they do not communicate, they do everything they can to avoid you (other than taking your money). If you want to avoid major hassles and sub standard work, don't hire this company.

I am very satisfied with the work and services provided by Kings Valley. Jason was excellent to work with and kept me informed and updated from the beginning to the end of the project. The crew onsite was very organized and professional. My wife and I are very happy with the quality and workmanship done for us on our backyard patio. I would definitely recommend Kings Valley for your paving/landscape needs.

This company is absolutely terrible. Rude aggressive employees, poor workmanship and poor response to concerns.

Site supervisor Lino walked into my home uninvited 2 times

Employees left cigarette butts all over my lawn

Driveway is lumpy and water pools in several areas

Company was asked in writing not to do anything on my property without my knowledge and without my presence but went ahead anyways

I have been dealing with them for months and they kept promising they would come back to take a look and fix and i get home one day and they have done a big ugly patch on my new driveway that didn't even fix the issue. I called them about this concern 2 weeks ago and Grace said she would call me back and come out to take a look. I have not heard back. This is trespassing on my property and vanadalism as there was no consent to do this patch.

I have had may interactions with pavers due to my 42 years in the business. These guys are the ultimate professionals -knowledgeable , fast, on budget and most important to us -on time!! Thank you Kings Valley Paving!

Dealt with Gabe. Quoted a job, was not truthful about the work done and took advantage of my senior father who oversaw the work. By the time I found out, he had already taken my money. I would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone. Please stay away from them.
