An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

The owner and lead designer, Paula Kerr was prompt with her response and was consistently prompt and accessible from day one. I really appreciated her effort to save me money. For example, she encouraged me to recover my furniture rather than purchase new which represented significant savings. She also made me feel proud of my home and furnishings. I was very impressed with her ability to bring out colours from our carpet and suggest fabrics that complemented each other and provided continuity throughout the pertinent rooms.
