Bob, laid out the problem as he saw it and when it came time to Complete the work did it in a timely manner and as scheduled. His son Rylan patiently explained the process as they were doing the replacement. I felt really confident in the knowledge level they displayed. A plumber can hydrojet your drains but this company specialized in dealing with your drainage problem as a whole.

Our home is 50 plus years of age and the drainage was way past its prime. We needed a full replacement of our drain tile. After our due diligence of getting multiple quotes, we settled on Drainrock Industries. Upon meeting Bob, I had a good feeling that he was the guy I needed for the job. After a walk around and rapport building, he said I would have a quote within 24 hours. The quote arrived in my email box later that evening and I was pleasantly surprised at the price.
A full replacement is not a small job nor is it cheap, and I knew it was going to be a big job and mess.

After they received the city permit, they came and did a walk through the day before starting. This is where the fun begins. As they started to excavate our yard we were hit with an atmospheric river. It was a little nerve-racking as the water started to fill in the trench that was dug. The team did prepare for this and protected us well and made it through unscathed.

We knew that the yard was going to be a mess while the work was being done and I kept saying short term pain for long term gain. At times we just smiled and shook our heads while the team just kept their heads down and moving forward as the professionals they are. The whole process took a little over two weeks to complete and I felt there was going to be a big mess to clean-up. A few times both my wife and I were assured by Bob that it will look great once it is completed. He was right, and we are so pleased with the work that was done and the clean-up as they put things back together.

Bob come as promised and provided a concise quote to inspect the drain tile system around my home. I hired them, they set a time and date, and they showed up as promised. The guys were very thorough and friendly. They took the extra time to inform me about my drainage system and how it works. I felt like they really cared that my system was in good working order.

When I first called about a water leak in our basement, Vanessa suggested a couple things to check right away and knew the likely sources of the problem based on common problems in South Surrey area. I was able to start ruling things out when Bob called, and arranged to shuffle his crews around the next morning knowing we had an active leak. Justin and Ethan (amazing young guys!!!!) were on time, and narrowed down the diagnosis of the problem so quickly.

It is worth every penny spent when you get great people, who don't upsell anything, and help to educate you so that you "understand" the problems....that allows someone with little knowledge in this area to make an informed decision about how to solve a leak problem.

Recently we had an unexpected basement flooding. Drainstock Industries was recommended by a friend of ours who had got their services last year for a similar problem. After contacting several other companies, we decided to go with Drainstock Industries.

They arrived on site at the agreed upon time, and did a great job of checking, cleaning, flushing using a camera and a snake. They prepared a "Plumbers Report" as required by my home insurance company. Everything was done to our satisfaction! Their charges were reasonable for the service they provided. Vanessa, Bob and their work team were friendly, and answered all the questions I had asked them.

As I understand, Drainstock Industries is a family business and thus they provide personalized customer service. They solve the drainage and plumbing issues of their customers at competitive, reasonable prices. In our future drainage and plumbing needs, our first choice would be Drainstock Industries!

The service and follow-up from Drainrock Industries was excellent. We had our perimeter drains checked and it was found that the drains were clogged with roots & debris. Justin from Drainrock was very knowledgeable explaining the situation with our drains and how he would clear them up preventing a potentially big problem in the future. We highly recommend Drainrock Industries for their expertise and service.

Drain tiles were plugged and broken, water was seeping into our crawl space. I received an onsite estimate the same day I called, and the job was completed within a few days after accepting the quote. The job was completed quickly, and the dig site was restored back to its original state. After completion, I was given a video documenting the work that had been done, and it also shows images from inside drainage pipes.
I am very happy with the work that was done.
