Pest Protection Plus Inc is an affordable wildlife removal service. They are empathic to your wildlife situation, and they assess the problem quickly and diplomatically. The wildlife service guy came and knew exact where the raccoon was, and what steps needed to be taken. As well, they advise what to expect and when they would be back to remove the trap. I highly recommend this wildlife removal company, and if I have another wildlife problem, I will definitely contact them.

Employee was on time and courteous. Looked under the deck and determined skunk was dead. Had the needed tools to pull up the deck board ( without damaging it ). Disposed of skunk and sprayed sanitizer in the area where the dead animal had been. Gave me a few ideas to get rid of the smell. I was very satisfied.

While we initially had some challenges and disappointment with Pest Protection Plus and getting a Mama Racoon and her babies removed from our attic. I was more then pleased when Ben and Anthony contacted me after they heard I was unhappy. Both of them ensured that whatever gaps that remained in the removal of the raccoons from our attic were quickly and expertly rectified and resolved. Brent came as well to help with the actual removal and he was gentle and kind to the animals and gave us some great advice to ensure that the Mama racoon came and got her babies the next day. I want to thank the team at Pest Protection Plus for making things right in a tough situation and I appreciate their expertise handling wildlife in a human way. We still have little bit of work to complete on the final lock down of the attic entrance but I'm more then confident that Ben and his team will do a great job. Thanks again Team.

If someone is reading this, then they are likely in the exact position I was: the invasive feeling of knowing there was something in the attic that didn't belong. Within twenty four hours I had a quote, squirrel babies were removed and relocated; and the access point had been identified and eliminated. To the entertainment of my friends, I believe I spent the equivalent of Pest Protection's fees and then some with my own attempts at poisons, noise devices, and everything else available at Canadian Tire. Check the roof and the attic. Put bates in case there are rats in the attic.

Ben arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of attic and showed pictures of possible den site and trail of movement of raccoon. He explained that it should be nesting mother waiting to give birth and checked attic and confirmed no droppings. Also checked soffits and confirmed only possible entry way was attic vent. Installed a one way door for the animal to exit and installed protective wire mesh enclosure on remaining attic vents. Very professional and friendly. I would strongly recommend them for any pest issue.

Where do I begin? I was mortified to discover that rats had moved in to a house I had rented out. I knew a couple of weeks before the tenants moved out that there was a problem. I phoned a few different companies to get a sense of what to do and how to address this problem. Not one person made me feel at ease about the situation until I contacted Ben a technician from Pest Protection Plus. I was so relieved that I found him. There really is no words to describe how freaked out I was about the situation and how Ben made me feel so much more at ease about this terrible problem and came to my house and dealt with it with such ease and professionalism. He did a great job and I will keep his number forever to recommend but hopefully will never need it again for myself.

We had an infestation of wasps in the ceiling of our porch. It was quite serious because we had to walk through them to get to our front door. We called Pest Protection Plus and they arrived within 24 hours to address the issue. There was immediate relief, however, PPP warned us that due to the size of the infestation, we may see a recurrence. We were very pleased that when this happened, PPP returned within 24 hours at no extra cost for another treatment. This time it worked and we haven't had a problem with wasps at our front door since.
