They adjusted to my schedule. Northstar has twice done work for me and both times the job was superb.

That was our 2nd time service by NS plumbing!, the technician was knowledgeable and efficient!, nice job!, he supplied and installed battery and backup sump pump!!, the project was expensive but its worth it and such peace of mind specially with rainstorms, thunderstorms, and flooding season.
I would definitely recommend the place.

Plumber didn't show up until almost 4PM, leaving us to wait around all afternoon for him to show up. Suggested we should get a different type of toilet that wouldn't work for either my daughter or myself (oval instead of round and higher, and we are both short in the legs.) Since we were keeping the old toilet, I thought that was a bit rich on his part. He was messy, left gummy gook in several places on the upper bathroom floor. The good thing is the toilet no longer rocks like a circus ride. I would have liked a more itemized bill, with prices, instead of the "1" each of whatever as listed there.

I found water under my hot water tank. Richard came the same day and anew tank was installed quickly and neatly . Thank you very much!

Came over to change 2 cartridges in a basic American Standard bathroom faucet . insisted we buy new Moens instead after they broke the one handle off and proceeded to charge us 479.00 plus the new taps at $219 Total $698 for simple Bathroom Faucet. Wow $388.75 labor and a Fuel and Equitment surcharge to boot of $10.50 and they are 5 minutes from my house . Rob Left the job and the pea trap was leaking and charged me another 1/2 hour labor at $75 after he left the one side tap handle loose and wobbly and over 1 inch off centre from the right side handle and then proceeded to insult us and said that was normal. WOW the worlds worst experience with ever dealing with such a dishonourable company and plumber representative. Notice leaking pea trap after so called completed job. WOW

Ive had these guys to my home twice now. Always does exceptional work at affordable prices. They are honest and good to deal with. They have actual office staff that answer the phone.

We had our backwater valve and pump out/battery backup system installed by Northstar January 2018. Work was done on time, very professional, very neat job, everything was explained about this preventative flood system. We had experienced 2 floods in this Lakeshore area we had recently moved to and we now feel reassured that we have done everything as a homeowner we can do to prevent flooding into our home. The recent service follow up was excellent and the yearly service gives us a sense of security going forward. Thank you Northstar.
