Refrigerator Evaporator Fan Icing Up

Appliance Repair review in Ottawa

Excellent service; prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable; they diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it by installing an after-market heater kit to defrost the channel for the evaporator fan. In and out in less than an hour. Refrigerator is now working fine. Would highly recommend to others to use without question. Reasonable cost, given that we were looking at replacing the refrigerator, if they could not fix the problem with it.

Working with Ottawa refrigerator Repair was fantastic, they took the necessary time to answer all of our questions, they were patient and respectful. Great service and took attention to detail. Their knowledge and desire to make sure we understood what was going on and why . The repair got what exactly what was needed. This team is outstanding and we will recommended them to many others.
