2nd story addition. Kitchen, bathrooms
Lived in a small 3 bed bungalow, but as our family grew so did our need for more space! Have a fabulous area so didn't want to move. Decided to look into expanding!
After contacting numerous contractors, speaking with them. Getting them out to look at our property, we decided to go with Georgian!
Didn't promise us everything we asked for on our budget, were honest from the beginning, so because they were upfront with us from the beginning & sincere we hired Georgian!
From the designer to the construction crew, they were all amazing!
Listened to us when we had concerns, went through a few minor changes even with construction underway!
Didn't feel like we were intruding when we'd go by & see how it was getting on! They'd explain everything!
Their attention to detail was awesome, especially as we're really picky!
Was finished on time!
So much more space was created & storage!
Looks amazing, love showing my home off to my friends now!

We managed to create some great spaces with lots of storage in your kitchen, bathrooms (with cubbies in found spaces) in your basement as well a wonderful second story that gave your family more breathing room. We were happy to be flexible during the construction to accommodate your wishes. The mix of granite and quartz countertops worked out great. We don't mind picky customers at all! Cheers! GCR
