Len and Adam were very pleasant and showed professionalism in their work. They came in to my house diagnosed the situation and resolved my issue in under an hr. This is perfect when as I had a large company come in and they advised me that it was my compressor. Thank god for these two and their fine work.

Our air conditioner stopped working on one of the hottest days. I contacted Len at 9:00 at night. He was at our house the next morning to take a look at the problem. Once he knew what was wrong he came back with the part we needed a few hours later, and promptly had the problem fixed! Even though he had a busy day he squeezed us in and got our AC running like New again! We are so thankful for Len getting us up and running again!

I had an emergency when during the mini heat wave last week my air conditioner didn't work. My house temperature was over 30 degrees 3 days in a row! I called the company that installed it 5 years ago for an emergency service call. I actually called 4 times in 3 days. Each time I called, I was told a technician would contact me. It never happpened. Finally on the Sunday Night I contacted Tempasure. Len returned my call right away and worked around my work schedule to see me on Monday. My central air decided to stop working on the hottest day of the year (so far). Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of it until later in the evening. Len returned my call within minutes and was able to come by the next day. He explained the issues and my options, and he was great about answering all of my (many) questions and concerns.
