Great product! Great service! Such a pleasure! Furnace died and Len came and assessed the situation, spoke very well and listened and adjusted his recommendations. No surprises. Len knows his trade. The old furnace was never effective on the 3rd floor. Len suggested two options and the told me what he recommended. No pressure to sell or upsell. His price was more than fair with his product, his service and his attention to detail. He managed the timelines and was so kind to offer and provide us with heaters until the new furnace was not only installed but the house was toasty! The 3rd floor gets toasty now too!!! What a pleasure.
His installer, Adam was great too. On time,,did a great job and made sure the furnace was working well before leaving. (Did I mention super tidy too!)
Fast follow up.... Len was brilliant. Took care of me like family would. LOL.
Will continue to use this company again and for their other services.
