Earlier this year when the first heat wave hit, we turned our air conditioner on and all you could hear was silence. I checked Homestars and on reading the reviews I called Tempasure.
I was told by Jessica that they were overwhelmed with calls and it would be a number of weeks before they could come. I was willing to wait. When I told her we were seniors, she immediately said she would try to speed things up. Len (owner) called the next day saying that when one of his employees had a few spare minutes they would come over to see what had to be done.
The following day, Murray came over and a couple of days later, I received an invoice.
Len kept in touch with us and when an unexpected opening arrived, he sent the contractors in and our air conditioner was installed.
When you need a new air conditioner, please do consider Tempasure. Our furnace will soon need to be replaced and Tempasure will be called.
