Tempasure was selected again for recommending, installation and servicing a heat pump installation. Performance assessment was based on previous competitive furnace installation.

Very happy with the service call from Tempasure. I had a visit from Len and Ty. I noted and was happy with the levels of courtesy, expertise and honesty. After the service, I was happy with the follow-up. I'll be happy to employ Tempasure again.

We called Len for advice with regards to our old boiler. We had also been considering to change our old water heater tank for a tankless model. After talking with him we decided to change them both for a combi boiler, a tankless water heater and boiler in one small package.

His installation team came and carefully took away our old boiler and tank and worked hard through the day to get everything done. They made sure we were happy with everything before they cleaned up and left.

Len called the next day to make sure we were happy with the work and that the combi boiler was working as expected.

Our service man Ty was very polite and friendly..he texted us prior to arrival..did the furnace service quietly and quickly in about half hour. I like the use of text and email for communication and appreciate the fact I dont have to scramble to find a pen and credit card for payment on the spot..its so much more convenient to pay later via etransfer.

I would highly recommend TempASure for any HVAC work. They recently replaced both my furnace and air conditioning system. Not only were Len and Allison great but the whole installation team was equally as good.
All questions were answered by all, during inspection, estimate and installation. I was regularly updated by email and TXT to installation dates and other information.

We needed to have out furnace cleaned and needed to gather three quotes because another party was paying for it (long story, but suffice to say they demanded we collect three quotes for them). Anyway, Tempasure was the first to call back immediately. We ended up contracting them and we are glad it worked out that way. After some initial communication issues, Len quickly called me and apologized for any delays. I was impressed I knew this was a company that cared for its customers. An appointment was then rapidly set up and the job was done thoroughly and more than satisfactorily. We will definitely be calling on Tempasure in the future for any of our furnace needs. Thanks guys!
