Our OTR microwave/hood was displaying the error code TE. Mors came the first time to diagnose the problem and unfortunately the touchpad component was no longer available from the manufacturer. I purchased another OTR microwave/hood and Mors came the day after it was delivered to install it. He was punctual, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend him and would call him again for other appliance repairs/installs.

TopTec is top notch in my opinion. I needed a new replacement dishwasher installed. Right from the beginning of the call I knew this was going to be a good experience.
I had found this contact on a google search and they are on Home Stars I now see. It was easy to arrange for the service, same day and he was well within the estimated time of arrival. Transmitting my location particulars was very efficient by sending by text message. The price and any potential extra costs were discussed at time of booking-so there were no surprises. The installer was very professional, competent and came with all the necessary tools and parts for the task. In no time at all the job was done to my complete satisfaction. Mors texted me 15 minutes to notify the arrival time and he came on time. He has good knowledge about what he is doing. He helped me to remove the old dishwasher and brought it outside to the curb. He took the time to make sure every detail to be done correctly (e.g. make sure the dishwasher is well balance, testing it run twice to make sure there is no leak). I am happy about the service and he charged at the exact amount that he quoted. Thanks for the good work!
