My call was answered right away. I gave the make and model number of my fridge. An appointment was booked for the same day and was told the cost of the repair up front. Mors arrived in the estimated time frame and located the problem and fixed it right away. He is courteous and professional. Very thankful for the same day service. I recently bought a new built-in dishwasher. I looked through the reviews of the appliance installers listed on HomeStars. One business, Top Tech Appliance Service, stood out from the rest. Based on the reviews, it really seemed to be “the one to call.” So I called, and I was not disappointed. Mors showed up within one hour, fully ready to complete the job to the best professional standards. The dishwasher is installed now, and I’m very satisfied with the service that Mors provided. I also asked him about a 12-year-old microwave that I was thinking of having repaired. He very wisely advised me to buy a new microwave instead of repairing the old one, though he was prepared to repair the old one had I so wished. I’ll be calling him again once the new microwave has arrived.

MORS came to my house to diagnose the issue with my washer and quickly realized the issue and fixed it within minutes. He was ver kind, courteous and knowledgeable about the dishwasher. he also provided some advice and how to maintain the quality of the machine such as a cleaning schedule. He also provided some advice about keeping my washer clean and working top notch. I would use his service again in an instant!
