Our washing machine was leaking, called Tech Top and was contacted by Mo, he was on time and very professionally checked the washing machine, found the defected part. He ordered and came next day installed it and then tried the washing machine

Work was done professionally beyond my expectation and happiness. I would recommend this company to anyone has issues with their appliances.

Excellent reliable service

The technician was on time. Patiently waited for the dishwasher to run the cycle to diagnose the issue and after to test. Did not unnecessarily asked for checks (my day before him experience) . Offered me a discounted rate since the fix was minor.

On time and on point. Took one look at the laundry machine asked about the Error Code it displayed when prematurely shutting down.
Within a couple of New York minutes, was explaining the simple solution. Was like he had the whole repair manual committed to memory !
He patiently waited to ensure the laundry machine went through a complete cycle, this time error free.
Mors is a straight-up guy and charges a very reasonable rate too.
I'm almost looking forward to our other appliances misbehaving!

Remount my dishwasher

This past Sunday I opened up the door of my 5 year old dishwasher and all of a sudden, the bottom rack filled with dishes rolled off the tracking and fell to my floor. Fortunately, the dishes didn't break. I contacted Homestars that afternoon. Mors from Top Tech Appliance Service contacted me early Monday morning. Via email messages, he asked me questions regarding the mounting brackets and the material of my countertop. He told me straight up what this repair would cost me. It was very reasonable. He told me that he could come on Tuesday morning . I was happy that he could come promptly to resolve this problem. He arrived early within the the two hour window he gave me. He was friendly and courteous. I was very impressed with the amount of time he took to properly remount my dishwasher which the original installer obviously failed to do five years ago when the dishwasher was purchased. He even stayed several minutes after the work to run a short cycle to ensure that there weren't any leaks. It's very obvious that he takes pride in doing a great job for his customers. I highly recommend Mors for any repair job you need. Thank you, Mors.

Dishwasher repair

We called this service because of their high rating on Homestars. Our dishwasher door was partially jammed and wouldn't fully open. The repairman came right on time and fixed the problem which was a roller which had fallen off and then had jammed the mechanism. After fixing the problem he ran a rinse cycle to test that the dishwasher worked properly and had no leaks. The total cost was the cost of a service call which amount we were told in advance.

We couldn't be more pleased with the friendly expert service.
