They had to come twice to my place as I had to reschedule them first time due to my misunderstanding but these guys were absolute professionals about it and they pleasantly rescheduled it. I have used their services first time after getting recommendations for them from my friend and boy, they absolutely did an EXCELLENT....EXCELLENT job cleaning not only ducts but they also thoroughly cleaned the furnace fan, replaced filters, punched holes in ducts to create room for snake and swiper. Absolutely no hassle. After the job is done, I offered them tip as well but to my surprise they refused the tips, saying that no tips required as they got paid for the job they done. Not sure how else you want to define professionalism. Needless too say, I will avail their services again...

Diya did a great job with the dryer vent cleaning. We had a bird nesting in the vent and it had blocked the entire thing. Diya also installed a new vent cover with a grill for an additional charge upon request. Would recommend.

Not only were my vents & ducts thoroughly cleaned, they went above & beyond to explain the cleaning process sharing photos & video. Diya took time to educate me on the venting system providing me with a demonstration of proper summer/winter settings and how to access each filter for replacement or cleaning.

Diamond Technicians are real professionals. They went over and above all expectations. All the vents in the house were thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Their blowing machine very powerful, and one can hear the debris flying through. Both the furnace and the AC were cleaned, and I was able to check them with cameras.
I would recommend them to anyone any day. This is my third time using this company, and they've been so wonderful.

It's a refreshing experience to have such professionalism in my home to help clean the mess others have left in the past. First, the team came exactly at the time scheduled. Second, they examined the direct path to get to the HVAC and supply the pipes readying for cleaning. Third, through out the whole process they showed us the mess in our ducts and how it got cleaned.
