Hello This was first time my wife and I have ever done duct cleaning in our home. The service from beginning to end that was performed by Diya was nothing less than a 5 star. Diya was very friendly and professional from beginning to end, and we also got to see all the gunk in our vents that we was being sucked up by the machine. I called approximately 20 diffrrent companys before i opted to go with Diamond Duct Cleaning, most people shop around for price but i look for attitude, honesty and non aggressive personalities along with previous customer reviews, Diya scored well over the phone in all those categories and I decided to go with his company (Diamond Duct Cleaning) . I heard a rattling noise after the ducts were cleaned and called Diya to address my concern, Diya returned promptly and found the source that was causing the noise which had nothing to do with the job he done, it was from prior renovations that were previously done. My point is that Diamond Duct Cleaning makes every effort to do quality work and also makes every effort to keep customer happy. Dont waste your time shopping around for Duct Cleaning companies, go with Diamond as they are reasonably priced and they provide about the best service you will find.

Extremely professional, polite, clean and customer service oriented. Followed up on the appointment one day prior.they completed all the work and had packed up when they realized one vent wasn’t serviced. They took out all their equipemnt once again for that service only. Checked air flow in all vents as well. Exceptional!!

Diamond Duct Cleaning provided the best customer service I have had in a very long time. I don't write reviews, but I had to for this. They did an excellent job cleaning my furnace and ducts. They talked me through and showed me everything they were doing and provided extra help and tips at no additional charge. Very knowledgeable, transparent and willing to go above and beyond at a fair price. Don't go anywhere else, these are your guys! Excellent experience, highly recommended!

Diya and coworker very professional. Cleaned all my ducts; vents; furnace; and dryer with exterior vent. The vents were also sprayed with a peppermint sanitizer so the house smells great. They also explained how to maximize my ventilation system to heat the upstairs of my home. The company was also very professional over the phone. Would definitely use them again in future.

Diya and his partner did such an amazing job on my house. I paid for the diamond service and I wasn't disappointed....he even did the central vacuum at no extra cost. He is very thorough and showed me everything he was doing and why. I was shown before and after pictures of ducts and was able to see video of the main line. It's amazing all that came out! We weren't getting good airflow to the front of the house, so he showed me where to alter the flow to the front vs the back of house. He also gave me tips on furnace filters and inspected the humidifier (also not part of the usual service). He was very thorough and his pricing was very competitive. I'd recommend them to any of my friends and will definitely be calling them again for my next service.
